Core System Capabilities & Distribution

System Capabilities

Configurable Action Templates

Managers can create custom Action Templates with tailored fields, site behaviors, and title formulas.

  • Utilize built-in protected templates including Drive, Load, Unload, Fuel, and Break.
  • Construct Action titles dynamically from configured tokens like Truck, Site, and custom fields.
  • Store a snapshot of the template configuration within the Action for historical preservation.

Calendar-Based Action Planning

Create and edit Actions in a centralized calendar workspace with planned metrics and cost configurations.

  • Assign planned dates, durations, and single Operators to specific Actions.
  • Request historical planning suggestions based on date ranges and comparison criteria.
  • Calculate planned costs using duration, distance, and manual fuel rates.

Deterministic Evidence Classification

The system automatically processes GPS and accelerometer data into deterministic Stop, Move, and No Data ranges.

  • Evaluate timezone-aware hourly raw-evidence chunks using spatial rules.
  • Reject GPS observations with nonpositive accuracy or jumps exceeding 50 meters per second.
  • Refine GPS classification using high-rate accelerometer sampling targeted around 100 Hz.

Configurable Fleet Management

Managers can create, read, update, and delete Customers, Sites, Trucks, and Operators.

  • Add custom fields to management directories using Value, Boolean, Date, and Time types.
  • Assign trucks to managed phones and apply predefined or custom RGB colors.
  • Support site addresses with geographic coordinates and Google Places autocomplete.

Linear Action Dependencies

Create linear Action chains by linking an Action to one prior source Action.

  • Link compatible fields such as Truck, Customer, and Operator to preceding Actions.
  • Schedule dependent Actions with a configured nonnegative offset after the preceding Action ends.
  • Duplicate entire dependent chains and select new starting times.

Device Owner & Recovery Workflows

The platform provides robust L1, L2, and L3 remote recovery workflows orchestrated via Firebase Cloud Messaging.

  • Execute L1 workflows to repair the managed app and restore authentication.
  • Execute L2 workflows to transfer Device Owner state and replace the Tracking App via the Recovery App.
  • Execute L3 workflows to trigger a remote Android Device Owner wipe with explicit manager confirmation.

Restricted Secure Sharing

Issue secure Plan and Track sharing links viewable through the Android application without recipient login.

  • Authorize shared Plan access by selected Customers and Operators.
  • Configure shared Track access using explicit Truck rules and authorized windows.
  • Export authorized shared history as CSV containing timestamps and coordinates.

Planned-Versus-Actual Analysis

Managers can manually associate classified tracking ranges with planned Actions for comprehensive variance analysis.

  • Derive actual start, end, duration, and distance from manually selected Stop and Move ranges.
  • Group analysis across up to three nested dimensions including Template, Customer, and Truck.
  • Aggregate analysis columns using sums, earliest/latest values, and coverage counts.

Core Infrastructure

Recovery App

Device Owner & Recovery Management

A specialized secondary application used to facilitate Device Owner state transfers and execute L2/L3 remote recovery workflows.

Tracking App

Primary Operator Interface

The primary Android application deployed to fleet devices for real-time tracking, action execution, and deterministic evidence collection.
